Aiza Mae Belmonte Executive Virtual Assistant

Private cabinet · executive support

Every task on its own key.

I am Aiza Mae, an executive virtual assistant in Kidapawan City. Inbox, travel, expenses, research, and the calendar - each kept on a labelled key and handed back when you need it.

The key ring

Six keys. Take only the ones you need.

Each key is a real service, with the tools I use and the scope I keep. Mix them into a part-time retainer or hand over one project.

Inbox & executive replies

Labels, filters, drafted replies, and a follow-up list. Your inbox ends the day at zero, or close enough.

Calendar & meeting prep

Meetings booked across time zones, agendas attached, reminders set, and no double bookings.

Tools Google Calendar · Calendly

Travel & expense folders

Itineraries, bookings, receipt naming, and one trip brief that holds every confirmation in one place.

A question, a source list, and a one-page summary. Good for supplier checks, venues, and quiet fact-finding.

Templates, tidy folders, and a monthly update built from the numbers you already keep.

Key 03 · travel

Trip folder for a two-city week

A sample travel kit: one itinerary, a booking-confirmation index, a receipt-naming rule, and a short trip brief the founder could read on the plane.

Key 01 · inbox

An inbox reset for a small studio

A sample inbox system: six labels, three reply templates, a daily triage checklist, and a rule for what gets escalated the same day.

ScopeAudit · setup · one-page how-to
Key 04 · research

Venue shortlist for a team offsite

A sample research pack: nine venues compared on capacity, travel time, and deposit terms, with a source link beside every row.

ScopeBrief · shortlist · recommendation memo

These are sample project descriptions for a fictional person. Replace them with your own real scope, tools, and handover.

The cabinet owner

Calm hands for the admin that never quite ends.

I started in customer support, where I learned that a clear reply and a written trail solve most problems. I moved into executive support because I like the quiet work behind a well-run week: the calendar that holds, the inbox that empties, the trip that goes to plan.

I work best with small teams and solo founders who need someone to own the details, not just tick a list. You get a short daily note, a weekly summary, and a folder anyone can step into.
